Sierra Crandell, MPAP, PA-C

Sierra Crandell, MPAP, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care in her local community of the South Bay. She trained in minimally invasive and metabolic (bariatric) surgery at Torrance Surgical Alliance.
Education & Credentials
Sierra earned her Master of Physician Assistant Practice from the University of Southern California and her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from California State University, Long Beach. During her time at USC, she served on the PA Student Society Executive Board and as Chair of the USC PA Pathways Program. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and a member of the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA) and the California Academy of Physician Associates (CAPA).
Specializations
Sierra’s clinical training includes bariatric surgery, general surgery, spine surgery, and pelvic reconstructive surgery. She also completed additional training in aesthetic medicine, where she refined techniques in meticulous wound closure. As a former Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), her experience in acute care, combined with her formal surgical training, has shaped a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to patient care before, during, and after surgery. She is committed to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered surgical care.
Personal Life
Outside of the office, Sierra can be found practicing heated yoga, attending live music events, and spending time with her standard poodles.
